7. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 3. Failure to provide the required data may prevent us from fulfilling your order or responding to your inquiry.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
